These terms govern access to Wassel AI. By creating or using a workspace, you agree to use the service lawfully and to maintain accurate account, commerce, and billing information.

Workspace responsibility

Workspace owners control membership, integrations, customer policies, and store operations. They are responsible for obtaining required customer permissions, publishing applicable merchant policies, and ensuring that their use complies with consumer, privacy, messaging, and commerce laws.

AI-assisted operations

AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be monitored. Wassel requires an exact customer confirmation code before creating an external order, but merchants remain responsible for reviewing orders, prices, inventory, delivery promises, refunds, and sensitive conversations.

Acceptable use

• Do not send spam, deceptive messages, unlawful content, or content that infringes another person's rights.
• Do not bypass plan limits, security controls, authentication, or provider restrictions.
• Do not upload credentials you are not authorized to use or connect stores and numbers you do not control.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled. Paddle processes payments, taxes, invoices, and subscription changes under the checkout terms presented at purchase. Access may be limited when a subscription is overdue, paused, cancelled, or exceeds its included usage.

Availability and liability

The service depends on third-party networks and APIs and may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, Wassel AI is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, specific sales results, or error-free AI output.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for security risks, unlawful activity, non-payment, material breach, or harm to customers or providers. Workspace owners may request cancellation and deletion subject to required retention periods.
